We are two designers with very different approaches to our career development who are both passionate about the value of career conversations as a tool to creating a successful career, regardless of how you define success.
We will share why we are so convinced everyone should have career conversations and our tips for making them meaningful and enjoyable, sharing stories from our own careers. 30-minute presentation followed by a 15-minute Q&A.
