Event description

Zendesk is a software company focused on creating better experiences for agents, admins, and customers. Our in-house creative team handles everything from TV commercials to product design. No matter what we’re working on, we feel a responsibility to design through a diverse lens—because we’re all different. We’ve been pretty successful, and we’re proud of our work, but there’s always room for improvement. These days we’re focusing on how to work better both globally, and within our community.

Join us for an evening of discussion on how we’re using design to help our community, and learning to work more closely as a global creative team. We’ll walk you through the strategy and business value of design, how we collaborate across teams, and how it all comes together in our work for customers and our community. Before and after the presentations, you can mingle with other SF Design Week guests and meet with designers, researchers, and copywriters from Zendesk.

The evening’s presenters will include Ryan Donahue, VP of Design; Gabbi Sanchez Mallona, Communications Designer; Chelsea Larsson, Senior Manager, UX Content Strategy; Erin Pinkley, Executive Creative Director.

100% of ticket proceeds will benefit Hospitality House.
