CAFÉ, SHOP, AND FACTORY: Watch our chocolate makers at work in the factory (until 5pm with a break for lunch). Come have a s’more or a hot chocolate to go in our café, or just say hello to our baristas. No reservations are needed for the café.

BLOOM CHOCOLATE SALON: This is our sit-down chocolate salon inside our 16th Street Factory that serves sweet and savory breakfast and afternoon desserts, including weekend prix-fixe chocolate service and tea service. Bloom features table service and a decor of velvet banquette, brass fixtures, and modern lighting. Reservations are recommended for weekends, and walk-ins are always welcome.

Reservations are recommended, especially on the weekends. Please note that reserved tables can only be held for 15 minutes.
