Farmhouse Lab is a brand for joyful, sustainable plant-based eating that encourages to make food more often at home again and to share it in community. With that, we want to help cultivate the plant-based revolution for the greater good. I founded Farmhouse Lab to help busy people and families to enjoy sustainable, plant-based meals effortlessly.

Our certified organic, 100% vegan Real Food Dressings are blends of premium oils like raw, organic pumpkin seed oil, avocado oil, sunflower oil and of course a super fresh EVOO from California with outstanding ingredients like a pomegranate balsamic, an apricot spread, stone ground mustard, white wine and apple cider vinegars, carefully selected from artisan producers who share a commitment to sustainability – you can smell and taste the difference in quality.

The Makers and Their Production Spaces
All recipes are developed by the founder herself with strict sourcing guidelines. Our products are made at a local, organic certified production facility in Petaluma, CA (Preserve Farm Kitchens) who puts farmers first and supports these important stewards of the land who utilize practices to get carbon back into the soil; a critical step to fight the climate crisis. Preserve Farm Kitchens makes gourmet foods from local farm produce that might otherwise go unsold or wasted. The company’s mission is to help small farmers survive by giving them a market for produce they can’t sell. The result is local, fair-trade, sustainable products that our customers love.

The Making Process
Our Real Food Dressings and culinary salts are handcrafted in small batches. Our ethically sourced ingredients are cold blended and never heated to preserve the nutrients in our healthful oils, vinegars and other artisan ingredients. We never add any water. It is all made up of real, good food.

The Production Model
We believe in small batch production, because it allows us to use the freshest ingredients and our products are made with the highest care and attention, by human hand. It allows for higher quality products and you can see, smell and taste the difference!

The Ingredients
At Farmhouse Lab, we live by the motto “Consciously Sourced & Crafted”. We think it is essential that you know where each ingredient is sourced and how our dressings are crafted. We not only use eco-friendly packaging, we carefully select our partners throughout the entire process: from the olive farmers to the supply source of the bottles we use and the labels that we apply. Our Real Food Dressings are CCOF organic certified. They are gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, dairy-free and made with no garlic.
