Elise is a Senior Design Director currently at Nike, where she leads the commerce experience on Nike.com and the Nike App. Prior to Nike, Elise led the Community platform team at Airbnb, where she built products and programs to support the hosting community. Elise has led design teams at a number of design agencies such as Odopod and AKQA where she focused on bringing brands to life through digital experience. Throughout her career Elise has been an ambassador for designer career growth and has led a number of initiatives such as the creation of career frameworks, best practices for hiring designers, design mentorship, and more. Elise has a deep passion for developing healthy and highly functioning teams while fostering an environment where future leaders can grow and thrive.
