After graduating from UC Berkeley with an architecture degree, Vas Kiniris co-founded a design/furniture store, Zinc Details, in the Tenderloin with a $2k investment. This year, his store now located on Fillmore St., is celebrating its 27th anniversary! In addition to running his business, Vas is also the Executive Director of the Fillmore Merchants Association and Executive Administrator of the SFCDMA. A true community fanatic!
