Our certified organic, 100% vegan Real Food Dressings are blends of premium oils with ingredients carefully selected from artisan producers who share a commitment to sustainability – you can smell and taste the difference in quality.  Our dressings are gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, dairy-free and made with no garlic.

Workspace

My workspace is my kitchen, my home, my backyard, and garden. Here is where all my recipes are created. Oftentimes, inspired by my German Heritage and my travels to foreign places.

Today, all our products are crafted at Preserve Farm Kitchens in Petaluma, a certified organic, women owned, and woman run co-packer that supports local farmers. I love that they work one-on-one with farmers to turn their excess produce into products they can sell year-round to minimize food waste and to cut down on food miles.

Together, we are rebuilding a crucial link in the food system. One that connects local farmers with local eaters while making small scale food entrepreneurship possible.
In addition, I love the proximity to my home and the personal connection.

Production Model

As a small-batch producer we can select every ingredient and every recipe. This is so important for Farmhouse Lab, because we don’t use any organic Olive Oil for example, we use the Extra Virgin Arbequina Olive Oil from Organic Roots, a family farm in Glenn County, CA. Every ingredient we use is carefully selected and we like to build on the relationships we have with our producers.
