Calling All Volunteers for San Francisco Design Week
Are you passionate about design and want to get a behind-the-scenes look at SFDW 2026? We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make our upcoming events a huge success!
Event Volunteer
As an Event Volunteer, you’ll be on the front lines, helping our panels, events, and design tours run smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to network, meet fellow design lovers, and contribute to the vibrant Design community.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Arriving early (typically 30 minutes before the event) to help with Check-in or setup.
- Arranging chairs, tables, and signage, and setting up food and drinks.
- Checking in attendees as they arrive.
- Assisting with light cleanup and breakdown after the event (nothing too strenuous!)
- Looking your best!
- Taking photos and videos to share on social media

Our coordinators will reach out to you with specifics and to figure out availability for our days of events. In case of an emergency where you are no longer able to attend, please notify the Volunteer Coordinator as soon as possible.
