Eric Bailey is a UX leader with 20+ years of experience. As a practitioner, his intent is to create transformative experiences that make us healthier, happier and wiser. As a manager, he guides designers to discover and achieve their own north star. Eric lives his own purpose through Properganda– making wearable and shareable art with a twist of social commentary. Eric is also a Vice President of User Experience at Zillow Group, leading the design of home buying/selling customer experiences and operator tools.
Eric has led design and innovation teams at AthenaHealth, served as Head of Design and Research at AltSchool, and served as Creative Director at the global innovation firm Frog Design. Eric earned his Master of Arts in Education from Stanford University’s Learning, Design and Technology program and a Bachelor of Science in Design from the University of Cincinnati.
