The 2024 Makers Series continues the exploration into the essence of making within the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area. Join us as we look into the core of creativity, with the aim to unravel the motivations that drive individuals to craft and innovate. We will explore the intricate interplay between inspiration, innovation and creativity. We will address how technology seamlessly intertwines with creativity, empowering makers with insights and capabilities to serve as a catalyst for their making. By shining a spotlight on this diverse range of makers, we will unearth their stories and learn of the influences that help manifest their ideas: natural resources, color, experimental materials, light, San Francisco history, architecture and urban planning.
