Becoming A Climate Designer for a Regenerative Future: A Guided Networking Experience

June 7 @ 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

What does it mean to design with climate in mind?  How might designers think more like ecologists?  How do I express my unique essence in a way that regenerates the whole?  What is the world we want to live in, not the one we want to avoid?

Join us for a guided networking event bringing designers interested in asking and living with the big gnarly questions at the intersection of design and climate.   Our co-facilitators, Marc O’Brien of Climate Designers and Michelle Lee of Studio Rhye, will provide prompts during the event to spark conversations on topics such as: designing for a flourishing world, regenerative design, shifting paradigms and mindsets.   Imagine connecting with other values-aligned designers in a structured way that cuts out the awkwardness and small talk of typical events.  Imagine thought-provoking prompts to examine how you think, feel, and act on climate resilience.  Imagine clarity on how to channel your desires to contribute to climate change.

Leave the event with a clearer understanding of your role as a person in the design industry who thinks and acts with ecological consciousness. Gain a sense of agency, clarity, and community. Participants will receive a digital packet with links to resources.
