The climate crisis impacts us all differently. Acknowledging our climate emotions can help refresh our spirits and open the path for creativity. Join us for a restoring hour in a Climate Circle, a little pause in the Design Week buzz. Hosted by Maria of Flourish, this small gathering will take place in nature on the beautiful Main Parade Lawn in the Presidio.
This will be a guided, small group discussion. We are holding space to acknowledge our emotions around climate change, connect with others and rejuvenate. This practice builds a sense of community and shared meaning to address our climate anxiety, grief and joy.
Bring a blanket to sit comfortably on the lawn, and feel free to grab a coffee or snack from the foodtrucks beforehand. Whether you’re a climate design warrior or just looking to soak up some positive vibes, this Climate Circle is a chance to connect with each other in the beautiful outdoors. Look forward to seeing you there!
BONUS: Attendees will be entered into a raffle for a FREE 5-class pack from our generous friends at HAUM Yoga to continue your practice.
Meet on the Presidio Main Parade Lawn at Montgomery and Lincoln Blvd side across from the food trucks. Ample public transport to Presidio Transit Center or large paid parking lot. https://presidio.gov/visit/
