Prevention & Early Intervention

• Designing Justice + Designing Spaces – Garrett Jacobs, Director of Project Evaluation & Research, will speak to their community-centered design approach to prevent incarceration

During Incarceration & Sentencing

• Recidiviz – Recidiviz will share how data and technology can improve sentencing decisions and system outcomes

Reentry & Employment

• Ideas42 – Anne Stotler, Principal Behavioral Designer, will discuss how behavioral science can help people navigate post-release requirements and reduce re-incarceration
• CROP Organization – Alexis Bustos, Director of Learning and Partnerships, will speak to their work on reentry and employment barriers for formerly incarcerated individuals 
• Checkr – Melanie Cernak, Staff Product Designer, will share Checkr’s approach to fair chance hiring and how they’re reducing background checks as a barrier to employment
