During this 90-minute session, we want to bring creatives, technologists and forward-thinkers together to co-create a code of ethics around the increasingly ubiquitous, and intelligent technologies that are making their way into our day to day worlds.
At this pivotal moment, the rise of ChatGPT and other AI-powered products and services have illuminated countless questions about how, when, and why we should use these rising technologies. We are at a critical inflection point in design and technology—What are the ethical codes that will foster our relationship with AI technology? Who gets to write them? What’s at stake here in this plot twist with humans and technology?
As designers and creatives, we are increasingly at the forefront of making decisions about technology use in the products and services that we help create. For this event, we will identify tactical actions that we can take and craft principles that can help us establish a north star for designing with rising tech.
