CALL FOR APPLICATIONS:
Submit a Community Event proposal, Public Art submission, Installations or Exhibition to engage attendees during the festival!

IMPORTANT DETAILS
- Read our FAQ before applying
- Our selection committee will award submissions based on unique offerings, valuable content for attendees, relevant and current insights into design in the Bay Area
- Approvals or Denials: You will receive a notice via email from: Check your email inbox for events@sfdesignweek.org for status of your application or if we have any questions. Status emails will be sent within 2 weeks of submitting your application.
- If you do not hear from us within 2 weeks, or if you have questions, Contact Us
- Preferred dates and time are awarded to applicants on a rolling basis.
- Only complete proposals will be accepted. All information submitted on your form will be used to build your event page.
- Changes to event description after the event has been published to the calendar may incur a $75 fee. The editing fee is triggered when an applicant makes a significant change to their event such as the event title or event description after it has been published to the calendar. Changes to speakers or panelists will NOT incur the fee.
